My professional background is dental nursing, and I am a DCP registrant with the General Dental Council.

I have additional qualifications which include the Licentiateship in Dental Nursing, Certificate in Oral Health Education, Application of Topical Fluoride, Certificate in Management Studies, Leadership and Management Workplace Mentorship and Coaching, Removal of Sutures and Wound Healing, Impression taking amongst others. I have a BSc (Hons) in Professional Practice, MSc in Public Health and am currently studying for a PhD.

I am senior lecturer at the University of Northampton and programme lead for the FdSc Dental Nursing and senior lecturer for the MSc Public Health.
