I am a dental nurse specialist, working in an oral and Maxillofacial facial department at north Manchester general hospital. I have been here for 23 years and love my job as we mainly deal with mouth/ head and neck cancer amongst other things including trauma and reconstructive surgery. I started out as a dental nurse in general practice at the age of 16 and I have post qualifications in oral health and conscious sedation.
