Clare Faulkner

Clare is the President of the Society of British Dental Nurses and is a Dental Matron at Birmingham Dental Hospital. Clare works in general practice on a weekend basis as the sedation lead with a special interest in implantology. She is the former Principal Dental Nurse at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and former lead dental nursing lecturer at Walsall College, teaching the level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing and the Certificate in Dental Radiography. She has worked in FE and teaching and has taught the First Aid at Work qualifications across different curriculums. She also holds a Cert Ed and TAQA assessing qualifications.

Clare has worked in both an NHS and private practice and has experience in facial aesthetics, implantology, orthodontics, endodontics and periodontics. She is currently a master’s student at Loughborough University.
