Clare is the lead dental nursing lecturer at Walsall College, teaching the level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing and the Certificate in Dental Radiography. She has worked in FE and teaching for the last 7 and has taught the First Aid at Work qualifications across different curriculums. She also holds a Cert Ed and TAQA assessing qualifications.
Clare gained post qualifications in Oral Health Education, Conscious Sedation, Dental Radiography, Impression Taking and Fluoride Application. She has provided oral health education for both nurseries and primary schools voluntarily.
She continues to work in general practice as the Sedation Lead; Clare has worked in both an NHS and private practice and has experience in facial aesthetics, implantology, orthodontics, endodontics and periodontics.
