The Society are providing a mentorship Masterclass for dental nurses who are mentors or who are interested in the field. There are 4 classes and for those looking to progress there is an opportunity to undertake a mentoring course. We specifically look to mentoring skills and keep the coaching elements at bay, acknowledging that there are overlaps, but that they are distinctively different. So, 4 Mentorship short sessions are available as part of your member benefit package. Guests may attend and listen free of charge and a small fee is charged for the administration and cpd certificate if they require cpd. The links for the sessions are below.
