SBDN Lead the way for dental nursing
Mental health is and always has been so important and now is the time to influence a change in thinking and a way of working. There has to be a normalisation of Mental Health in the workplace and it must be part and parcel of the workplace, from induction to day to day working and in appraisal as well as continual professional development.
SBDN have been so proactive in the work as part of the Dental Professional Alliance who have driven this far reaching campaign and across all for nations. Now it is time to strengthen our steering group and continue to collect pledges from dental nurses.
By checking in on friends, by picking the phone up to someone you haven’t spoken to for a while … you could change their day. You never know what is going on in their world.
