The Society wishes to pay tribute to Kevin Lewis on hearing about his passing. He has been acknowledged as a friend, a colleague, a legend and a champion of dentistry by many of the profession. He was always one to cut to the chase, to challenge authentically and from a place of extensive knowledge and authority, someone who was a friend to the whole profession. He will be sadly missed by so many. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and colleagues at this very difficult time.
